Service Description

Lead to Succeed is an eight-hour interactive course designed to help you discover a more effective way of leading your team — starting with yourself. The course is broken into four 2-hour sections delivered twice weekly over two weeks, in which we will define and explore leadership styles & effective practices, human motivation, goal attainment, listening & communicating, and conflict management. Leadership is an inside-out process and this course will provide you with tools to better identify and enhance your own leadership strengths so that you can lead your team and succeed in your goals. This is an engaging interactive course with a maximum number of participants capped at 15. After the course completion, attendees will have access to two hours of one-on-one coaching over the following months to help answer any questions or real-world problems you may be facing. **Members of the VICA, VRCA and SICA who register via their respective Construction Association will receive member discounted rates. And remember to ask them about getting your Gold Seal Certification points**
