Highly Impactful leaders know how to lead themselves, build people & teams and implement cohesive and coherent strategy to “win” in today’s marketplace. They achieve business objectives because they understand the importance of using a variety of tools to clearly and mindfully measure where they were, where they are in the moment, where they want to go, what is the gap in between, what are the factors that can undermine or limit success and then take the actions that empower their teams to excel. APPLY, INSPIRE, ENGAGE High Impact Leadership is 6-week (24-hour) leadership training program packed with practical tools and designed to help you apply what you learn in real-time, on the job and in your life. Through the first five workshops you will define your personal leadership philosophy, and explore topics on emotional intelligence, team selection and building, goal attainment, providing effective feedback, conflict resolution, and building business strategy. The sixth and final session is for you to demonstrate your learning and present your personal leadership road map. To supplement the many tools and learning, this course includes two optional one hour one-on-one executive coaching sessions with your instructor.
