*Group Rates Available Upon Request For 4+ Course Participants An 8 hour leadership training course taught over 1 day packed with practical tools and designed to help you apply what you learn in real-time, on the job and in your life. In this course, you’ll gain a deep understanding of how the emotional brain shapes our reactions and relationships, and learn to navigate those dynamics with awareness and skill. Through a coach approach, you’ll learn to uncover the real issues behind challenging conversations, using tools like active listening, labelling, and reframing to move dialogue forward.
